Bryanna's Story:

After going to Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics in 2008, I became a licensed Esthetician. I then worked at a couple different, individually owned, full-service salon and spas. After that, I spent 2 years working for one of the largest companies in the waxing industry. I learned many awesome techniques working for them. I also learned some of the downsides to working for such a big company. My biggest problem was not having enough time to give my clients the attention and quality of service they were looking for.

I moved on to spend another 2 years working for a well known spa in Boston. Here I learned great customer service skills, how to pamper customers and completely fulfill their needs.

Then I found Sola Salons. A place where I could work for myself, passionately doing what I love. I could focus solely on the needs of my clients without worrying about breaking company rules/policies. I could use and sell products I believe in, manage my own time, and make my own schedule to best fit my clients and my own needs. I just had to take the risk and give it a try. Over 4 years later, I am continuing to take risks and am opening a second location in North Andover as well as opening a new business with other services such as makeup applications and eyelash extensions. I will still be working in Reading one day a week to provide services to my very loyal locals who believed in me and helped make The Wax Room a big success. I'm truly grateful.

Gina's Story:

Gina decided to become an Esthetician straight out of high school. She has a passion for making people look and feel beautiful. She attended a 900 hour course at Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics. Learning everything from skincare to makeup, body scrubs, peels, waxing and everything in between. After graduating, she of course, got her license. She spent some time working at an esthetics advanced education school and as a receptionist at an upscale spa.

She has AWESOME people person skills and can really give clients a great experience. She's looking to expand in her makeup career. So if you or anyone you know is looking for a makeup artist, give her a try. She will be working full-time at the Reading location, however, offering makeup services part-time at our North Andover location. Gina also offers derma-planing and tooth gems!

Lisa's Story:

Lisa has been an Esthetician for over 15+ years. She has been working at the Bliss Spa in Boston since they opened back in 2010. This is where we met. I've been friends with Lisa about 6 years. She is someone I have always trusted my clients with as a waxer and a person. She is gentle, thorough, and makes everyone feel comfortable. These are the things I find most important in a waxer. I'm really happy to have her with me on this journey and hopefully you'll give her a try and you'll see why. Lisa will also be offering lash extensions at the North Andover location as well as waxing a couple of days in the Reading location.
